Commissions
Commissions are currently open, if you are interested in commissioning me, please read through the information below, as well as my FAQ Section to learn about my services and rates, then submit a Commission Request Form. I will review your submission and if it is something I can accept, you will hear back from me within a week.
Be aware all information on this site pertains private/personal commissions only and is not applicable for commercial work. If you are interested in commissioning me for commercial purposes or freelance work you can write me an email at commissions@allapolanco.com or use my Contact page.

What will you get when commissioning me?
With every commission, included with the price tag, you will always get the following:
A few sketches for you to see and then decide which one I should continue with.
Up to 3 free changes or adjustments to your preferred sketches.
A final sketch for you to approve, which will be the base for the full-color version.
Insight and involvement deciding the colors and mood of the piece.
Full resolution file (2200 x 2800 px) of final artwork (Except for emotes, those are smaller), usually in PNG file format.
At your request, I can also provide other formats, smaller sizes, close-ups or trimmed versions of the image.
The license, meaning, the right to use the image for any non-commercial purpose you wish.
Your license will be worldwide, meaning you may freely use the image no matter where you are. (As long as you don’t move out of the planet of course, then we’ll have to talk).
This license is also perpetual, meaning it doesn’t ever expire!
Before placing your request, make sure you read and understand my full Terms of Service, which detail much of what’s stated above. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

The price includes a single character from the shoulders up, fully colored and realistically rendered. Simple clothes, Simple Jewelry, and a Gradient Style Background are also included at no additional cost.

The price includes a high quality single emote, fully colored and ideal for Twitch or Discord. I will give you 3 different resolution files per emote, including a full-resolution one.
What is the process?
After reading through this page, go to my Commission Request Form and fill in all required information. Make sure to include detailed descriptions of what you want. If you are not sure what details to include, you can get an idea by looking at the answer to the third question in this section.
After you send the request, I need to review it. If I find it all correct and acceptable, I will contact you and send you my invoice. If you don't hear from me after a week, that means for some reason I have rejected your request.
After payment is done, I may ask for a few more details and start working on your piece. I will send sketches for you to review, at which point you may ask for up to three changes free of charge, once we settle on a final sketch, I will proceed to render the illustration. You may ask for WIPs during this process, if you wish. I will contact you again once I am done with your commission and send you the final illustration.
How long does it take? Can I make it happen faster?
The whole process takes somewhere between three to eight weeks, depending on how much work I have to do and how quickly we settle on a final sketch. If you want to get it faster, I charge a premium of an additional 30% from the order's total to move you to the top of the queue and have it delivered in less time.
What information about my character do you require for the commission?
For the Commission Request Form, you don't have to be too specific just yet. Just give me a general description of your character(s) and the scene you would like to see them in. Nevertheless, once I accept you commission, I will ask for a full brief on your character, so be prepared to provide me with the following information:
Start by telling me what universe your character(s) belongs to, and their race/species. If applicable, tell me your character's class, and briefly tell me their backstory.
Then comes the most important part. I need a detailed physical description of your character(s), make sure to include all of these in your description:
- Apparent age and gender
- Skin, hair and eye color
- Hairstyle (A photo reference is recommended)
- Body type (Athletic, muscular, skinny, frail, busty, tall, short, etc.)
- Distinguishing features (Tattoos, scars, freckles, marks, etc.)
- Clothing and Armor (Try to provide visual references for all of these)
- Weapons, props, powers, and spells (Only the ones you want in the artwork)
- Any other important physical features
Please try and provide me with as many image references as you can (especially for stuff like Hairstyle, Armor, weapons and tattoos,) otherwise I might have to charge you a little bit more since I will have to spend time to find those myself.
Last but not least, I need you to tell me about your character's personality, since that usually reflects on the pose and expression. If you already have an idea of the pose, expression and background you want, let me know that as well and try to provide me with some reference.
Always remember: an image is worth a thousand words, so make sure to include as many reference images as needed to explain what you wish to see in your piece.
What's the difference between "Lite" and "Full" NSFW?
By Lite NSWF I mean revealing, sensual or suggestive characters and situations. Classy nudity is also fine.
By Full NSFW I mean lewd sexual content (i.e. showing any genitalia).
If you are not sure whether something is lite or full nsfw, you can always ask me when submitting your commission.
What can I use the commission for?
These are private commissions, meaning they are for your personal use only. You are free to share the image online and on your social media (Just please tag me). You may also use the images for your streams. However, you MAY NOT use these images for publishing or selling merchandise as this is considered Commercial Use and requires you to negotiate a different kind of contract with me so that I can grant you the proper License. If you are interested in this kind of commission, please contact me through the Contact Form.
Can you also send me a print of the image?
I do not provide printing services, but I can upload your image to my RedBubble Shop and you can order a print (Or any other merch containing your image) from there. Just let me know in advance so I can make the necessary arrangements.
How often do you open commissions again and how will I know?
I strongly recommend you join my mailing list and follow me on social media, I will usually announce there when I will be opening commissions again and how many slots will be available.
